We are ready to get the new season going with our opening show! Summer Shorts will start us off next week and we need our awesome volunteers to help with the finishing touches. Join us tomorrow, Saturday, August 10, at 9:00 AM for build day. This isn’t a typical set as this production is multiple shows in one, but a few hours are still needed to set up risers and lights, go to storage, and hang posters around town.
We also need help to run the box office and house for each performance. Box office will sell tickets and handle will call check in. House vols will work as ushers, run the membership table, and serve at intermission.
Summer Shorts will have a picnic seating set up and patrons may bring in food to enjoy before and during the show. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to curtain for people to find seats and eat. For the Saturday show, members of the Auburn Arts Association will serve wine for us as an added treat. Come help and enjoy a great show!
